  • Booking Confirmation: A booking is only considered "Confirmed" once the digital contract is signed and the 50% deposit is successfully received.

  • Payment Methods: Payments can be made via bank transfer or through our secure online payment gateway using your card.

  • Cancellations: Deposits are governed by our cancellation policy. Please contact Reami Events management for specific details regarding refunds or rescheduling.

  • Resource Allocation: Our staff and rental assets (Koushas, decor) are assigned based on the confirmed contract. Last-minute changes are subject to availability and additional fees.

Payment Receipts: Official payment receipts are issued after manual verification of bank transfers or successful online processing.
